We are located at 496-F Shoup Ave. West, in Twin Falls. That's in the Professional Plaza where Dick's Pharmacy is, and we're next door to Dr. Sara Johnson.

When you're heading west on Addison Avenue going toward the hospital, turn right at the Cove (Rose Street). Go one block to Shoup Avenue, cross the street and you'll be in the parking lot. We're most of the way down on the right. Just look for the sign.
